Project- Fan Renovation.

 Here's a project that I did which was super fun and also quite easy. So we girl's repainted our room and we are in the midst of redecorating it as well. ( we went with a Paris, Vintage theme). We've had our fan a long time, and it has began to look old and gross. So here's what I did to make it prettier.

 I took the fan blade, and off came the connector and screws.

 Here is my large jumble of paper, mainly Paris themed that I used.

 The stack of paper that was my main resource. It had some of the most loveliest pages!!!

 Mod Podge was what I used as the sticky stuff for this project. So I took the paper I wanted and then fit it according to the size of the blade( making sure that it came up the sides). Then Mod Podged it to the blade, and once I had finished it entirely I gave it one last coat and then let it dry.

 Here they are!!!!!! And I can't wait to get them up!!!

A Puffed and Painted Sky.

 Psalms 19.~ The heavens declare the glory of God, the skies proclaim the work of his hands,

 Day after day they pour forth speech, nigh after night they display knowledge.

 There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard....

 Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.

In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun, which is like a bridegroom coming forth from his pavilion. Like a champion rejoicing to run his course....

 It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other, nothing is hidden from its heat.~ I hope that you ladies have enjoyed these photos. How amazing is God's creation??? Who could even imagine what Heaven will be like when we get there!!!! Just the color of these clouds...mmmmmm..... they were a wonderful model to capture through the lens of a camera.

A Rainy Day.

 We spent the day inside, for the rain came pitter pattering down from the grey clouds. Of course with the weather being rainy what better then find fun things to do inside:). Like doing a hand art, or playing an instrument, working on blogging, cooking up a yummy snack, or simply enjoying a nice warm cup of tea. Hair Stylist had been working on a pair of hand warmers for a friends birthday present.

I went outside as the rain came down and tried to capture the beauty of a stormy rain.

 We found a prize winning candle from Walmart, by Better Homes then Gardens. It is sooooo warm and delicious smelling. A perfect warming glow on a rainy day.

I just love to watch the drips and drops of rain.

A Birthday Outing!

My big sister's birthday comes soon after mine and so for her birthday some of us kids went and spent an afternoon at a bowling center.

Candy Corn Nails.

 Hair Stylist got really creative with her nails and in getting an idea from Pinterest, decided to make her nails a duplicate.

Just like Candy Corns!!!!

Happy Birthday!!!

 Sapphire: I celebrated my birthday last month and my sisters and Mom all pitched in and did a great job in making it special with decorations and food.  This was the table center, black eyed Susan's from my Mom's flower garden.

 Tapper made me a Cherry-Chocolate ice cream cake with raspberries on top. It was really good!!!!!

 My birthday landed on a Sunday. So we spent the day at home and enjoyed one another.

I was thrilled to find that my birthday gift was a laptop!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!

 My Mom took me out for a special shopping day a couple days later! We enjoyed a delicious lunch together at a Greek restaurant.

 We found ourselves downtown and went to a favorite hat shop there. It is one of the shops that some of us have gone to, to get a special hat. Here is my choice in hat, Like it??

We have a frozen yogurt shop where you can get whatever flavor you want and then top it with whatever you want(of course they have a limited selection, you couldn't put sushi on it) but they do have lots and lots to offer. I got Creme Brule and Chocolate yogurt, topped with every imaginable candy, nut, and sauces.
                                         
Me and my Mom as we snagged a quick picture. We had a time schedule, getting to a can't-change- orthodontist appointment and getting my brother's car back.
