Happy Birthday Hair Stylist.

 A Happy Birthday to my sister Hair Stylist! We celebrated her day with a FROZEN theme, decorating with blues and purple.

 We gave her a special lunch and finished it off with delicious cupcakes. I made chocolate cupcakes with strawberry frosting, and lemon poppy seed cupcakes with lemon frosting.

Her special present was getting her ears pierced, and what a happy occasion! Happy Birthday Hair Stylist! May your life be blessed through God's love and light, as you grow into a young lady for His glory!

The Full Armor of God

I was given this coloring page by my Mom years ago, but it has been a beautiful picture to place in my mind that as a daughter of Christ, I need to be ready with my Armor in place. A good reminder that God did not give us the Full Armor in cases of struggle to run from the devil, for if we did... what is protecting our backside? We need to fight him off, and that's why our Father in Heaven fully equipped us with all the tools we need to guard ourselves against our strongest opposition. Remember that we have been made in God's image, and our life means the most to our Savior. He loves to see us succeed and conquer!!!

In this constant battle we face each day,we need to stay near to our God, and Father. Our protector, for when we are weak, His love is strong through us. Jesus is our help and our salvation, a very present help in times of need. Be strong in the Lord ladies!!! We need to be a light shining for the name of Jesus, and the only way we can, is through knowing God's word, memorizing it, and hiding it in our hearts. That even in hard times, we'll fully know that Christ is with us!
