Snow Ball Cookies

Another fun holiday recipe that goes well with the season. Snow Ball cookies.... they don't have chocolate in them but if you're in the mood for a yummy light cookie that doesn't involve chocolate, these are the ones. So to start, put in 1 stick of butter at room temp.

Next 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
Cream this all together for a couple seconds, or just until incorporated.
Next 1 cup of nuts( I used a mix of pecans and walnuts, a good combination the sweet, soft pecans and the crunchy, lightly bitter walnuts.
Oh also 1 tsp of vanilla.
Next 1 cup of flour, nothing special just regular flour.
Next mix it all together till it forms a dough. Then preheat your oven to  375' and roll into balls. Bake for 15-20 minutes. When they are done cooling roll in powered sugar for the "snow ball" effect.
And fresh from the snow, some delicious, crumbly, crunchy, Snow Ball cookies to bring some of that white snow outdoors into your home. Enjoy!
